Thanks for the links. I have printed a copy of the rules, so I'm ready for all questions in the Officiating/Rules Forum. I was going to contact the NCAA for a rule book, but this is just as good.

No problem and I am hoping someone can find the part of the NCAA site that gives up-to-date rule information on stuff like undrafted college players, redshirt criterias, etc., so if anybody finds that.. post it here! :) Not only does NCAA make it hard to understand their rules, they make it hard to find them!!
