Clemson is one of the major offers for DE Josh Minton (6-4 245) of Pulaski, KY and might get a visit from him. "I'm pretty sure I will take an official visit to Clemson," he said. Minton has set visits to Virginia Tech for November 18th and Kentucky for December 9th. Those three schools have offered along with Louisville, Oklahoma, Florida, Auburn, LSU and Alabama. Minton said he has real interest in Clemson. "They are going in the right direction," he said. "They have a pretty good defense. The new defensive coordinator is making the defensive ends playmakers." This season Minton has 83 tackles with 9 sacks. He does not have a favorite.

Man, it sure would be great to get this kid playing defense for UK!!!

There is surely little doubt that UKSORELY needs help at the defensive end position. I just hope Minton does not place blame on UK's defensive coordinator for our defensive ends' not being playmakers at this time. :(We surely need this young man.
