Better late than never. I had to cut out alot of the motorcycle in order to zoom in and make it legible. I didn't know if the Florida Police had one red and one blue light or if they are both blue. If you need me to change anything, let me know.

Flacat, it's working now. I think there is some kind of ghost bug in the forums that makes the user not see the change in avatars when others can. TRex, correct me if I'm wrong on that.
