How to put sig pic on

I'm new (I feel really stupid too) and I can't figure out how to put a pic for my signature, I can only get words. What's the problem?

To put your sig on go to "My Account" -->Profile and then go down to the signature area and use the following code:

Yes, there is. The signature policy starts November 16. The signatures must be within 500x100. Yours is 250x221.
