West Virginia is #13, Louisvillebolts 5 spots to#18, and South Florida didn't even receive votes. Let's see here. Notre Dame has a home game against BE bottom feeder Syracuse, and @ (5-4) Stanford. They get the BCS. We don't even need USF to lose another. As long as we win out, the Gator Bowl is ours. We have Syracuse at home and @ an injury riddled (4-4) UCONN. I seriously doubt the Gator will take a non traveling, unranked directional state, over a well traveling, offensive juggernaut that could be ranked as high as 12-15. After everybody and their mother saw the Louisville/Miami classic last season, a #5 Virginia Tech vs. #14 Louisville will have the Gator drooling.
Thank you God for making me a Louisville fan. Thank you so much.

Not much on reading bowl schedules are you?If USF finishes second in the Big Least they are locked into the Gator Bowl.So go on and enjoy the Meineke Car Care Bowl.
Heres a link with the bowl affiliations since you've obviously never seen it before.http://sports.espn.go.com/ncf/news/story?id=2054429

murphy..2nd choice big east team goes to the gator bowl. not second PLACE. as long as UL finishes 3rd in the conference (how funny is that) and are within a game of USF..they will get the gator bid. unless USF somehow will guarantee alot of ticket sales.
not sure why the UL fans are so happy about this. they haven't beat a good team in 4 years. vatech would beat them no problem.

I wouldn't have put it that nicely, but UK7 is correct genius. We are 18th in the AP, Coaches, and BCS polls. USF is 37th. Do you see the political aspect of this in the works. It is ours for the taking. Win our last two and it's a lock. Sucks to be you.
BTW, I would be making fun of the Carcare Bowl when SUK hasn't won a bowl game in 20 something years. Beggars can't be choosers.

No Knee how can you put UK football and Bowl Game in the same sentence. Thats like putting Tubby Smith recruit and Final 4 in the sentence. Lord it is good to be a Cardinal fan!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That has me drooling. I think that would be a good game; although I think that Tech will deserve an opponent with a better record if it wins out. Tech has a real schedule and if they only lose one game, they should not have to play a team that has two losses.

What's the latest on David Padgett's injury? Has an MRI been performed yet?

Yeah. so you can celebrate a POTENTIAL Gator Bowl berth after making plans to play USC for the national title in Pasedena. That "drool" you mentioned is probably crocodile tears for not unrealistic and unrealized expectations.
Okay, go ahead and dodge the subject by coming up with some weak put down on UK. Your turn. LOL! ;)
