Just passing some brain gas. Not that this will ever happen. Just curious. I now have two padded fold down UK seats with the spring loaded hook in the front that didn't last a brain gas in a whirlwind. Those things aren't cheap either. I went to a different style a few years ago with the nylon strap to secure it down and it is alright I guess. I would prefer royal blue padded seats already secured in the stadium than that hard bench to sit on. Plus we wouldn't have to pack the other seats to and from. Yes I must be bored to type this.

Why not recliners? I mean c'mon, we can barely get people off their butts now! Let's not make this just like Rupp.

I like those red potty seats at the Pit.
I would have guessed you for something in leather with a horn in front and saddle bags behind Cowboy.

I could get up a whole lot faster if I had armrests to launch me up from than trying to spring off the aluminum.

:thumbupHow 'bout leather recliners with a horn in the front and then I could propel myself closer to the field when we get on a good run. Just springboard right over the top of about six or eight rows of people.:shock:Go Cats!!

I think you might be on to something here, Smoke. Like springs in the luminum to get everybody on their feet when something good happens.

Smoke, Iffen you had season tickets, you could get one of them padded seats attached to the bench for a nominal fee.:ggrin: I broke down and got a couple to keep me from wagging mine to every game.

Aw c'mon Gunsmoke - it's a barbaric sport - ya ain't supposed to be comfortable. This ain't a tennis match we're talking about.
I had the privilege of attending a football game at the greatest venue of the sport on the planet - Lambeau Field (hallowed ground, my friend)- and I don't think there's a back on a single metal bleacher in the joint! Now....THAT's football.
Next thing ya know, some of you pansies will want Commonwealth domed.
NOT IN MY LIFETIME!!!!

Yeah that's a fair comparison UK and Green Bay. Some of you people take a tongue in cheek topic and twist it and spin itand use words like Depends and Pansies in it. Well I can't say here what I would like to say so just chew on this thought..stick it were the sun don't shine. Anybody who knows me knows I fit neither of those demeaning comments. You know, UK football has always sucked and the program continues to head down that direction under the watchful eye of the powers that be. Then they have the nerve to raise the ticket prices so all us pansies wearing depends can suffer while sitting on high dollar bleacher seats. Just like sitting at ole Lambeau Field. Yeah right. You want a real topic to run with and make controversial take this one and run with it now.

Gosh Gunsmoke - why are you taking it so personal?? I realized your comment was tongue in cheek and I certainly wasn't attacking you. Last time I met you, I thought you were a cool guy. Maybe you need to chill a little now.
Did you not recognize there was some facetiousness in my comments?? Sorry if I offended you - I certainly have no ax to grind.

Mark I don't know what to say other than I am sorry for the out of lineand over the top comments. I know you are a great guy and a great Cat fan. I truly apologize. I was out of line. It will not happen again.

Aw Gunsmoke - it's not a problem. You and I usually agree on things and I knew there was no "mean intent" in your comments. Lord knows, I've been guilty of saying things I shouldn't have.
And, by the way - you are NOT one of the people included in my "pansies" remark. I apologize for not making that point clearer.
Have a good day brother!!
