What happened to our man raftingdon2?

He's normally good for starting two or three threads a week, but I haven't seen anything from him lately. What's the word? Is he okay? I don't read every single thread, have I just missed him or what?

He said he was banned for posting an inappropriate pic and could not understand why the pic was out of bounds on another board. He did compliment the moderators on this board for their overall even handedness, but said in his case he thought ( Gatordan? or was it another Dan?) had made someone angry and he got penalized for it.

He was temporarily banned, but was reinstated shortly thereafter. It was my understanding he had been notified, but I'm not sure. Anyway, he is not banned.

It was a case where the site he posted a picture from did not allow outside linking of their images.... the site he posted the picture from was malicious and had it set up so that if an image hosted on their server WAS posted elsewhere it showed up as a pornographic image. That is what he was banned for - posting porn on this site... of course, after we investigated we realized that it was unintentional and that is why he was reinstated. I did email him about being reinstated but never heard back. If anyone knows how to get ahold of him please tell him that he is NOT banned.

Nope. I may check the score once in a while, but this is rivalry week. There are SO many great match ups this weekend, I don't know where to start. I don't know what time uk plays but I will be tuned in to the grand daddy of all rivalries!

I just now realized that my name has been reset and allows me to post on here again. I tried after I got the email saying that I was re-instated and it still wouldn't let me post. Regardless, I guess I'm back now.

I would like to clarify tho the reason that I got banned and for anyone that may remember the situation please let me know. There was a thread that was something to the nature of "the difference between UL/UK fans" that go sort of heated. Trying to get back to the original topic, I posted 3 sets of pictures. 1 was a picture of really bad teeth (UK fan) the other was off good teeth (UL fan), the next set was a picture ofa mullett family (UK fans) and the other was a picture of a normal family (UL Fans). There was some other thing along those lines too, it was all done in good fun. After posting the picture's, I was looking at some responses to the thread and I noticed my thread has been altered and it said "You're gone" or something to that nature and I received a heated email saying that I posted pornographic material. I have never posted anything like that and was shocked to see that I was even being accused of doing so.

I'll give Dan credit for actually listening to what I had to say and investigating what happened. Dan was not the original Mod that emailed me and banned me, but he took the time to look into what happened and I thank him for investigating the problem.

This site as good as it is has a few loose cannons and trigger happy mods, when I first started posting here I was asked by a mod to change my moniker(I was banned fromksr because of it) So I said sure if it bothers you guys that much and emailed back another mod asking how to change it and he said:" you don't have to change your name herewho told you to do that"? Anyway, I still applaud thisuk site as the only oneon the www that can handle smack and true facts, even if they go against the grain. The worst uk site on the net has to be the cats pause, they banned me and this in no lie, for saying that North Carolina sucks and that was the year theyhad a losing season with all the all-world players a few years ago.
