Need Midnight Madness tix...please help!

I am in Houston for work Oct 8-13, flying home on Friday the 13th, Midnight Madness. It also happens to be my wife's and mine 10th anniversary and she asked for tix to Midnight Madness as her gift. Awesome wife! Only problem is, it looks like it is already sold out. Not sure if this is true, but I would like some very good tix and will pay worthy for the wife's request to go to Midnight Madness on our 10th anniversary. Does anyone know if it is faster to order online or try and call in to a ticketmaster location?
