KENTUCKY Wildcats (3-2, 1-1)
The Wildcats remain in the top five for LaGrange defensive lineman D.J. Stafford. The 6-foot-3, 260-pounder also is strongly considering Auburn, Georgia, Alabama and LSU. Stafford is the nation's No. 11 strong-side end. "[UK assistant] Joker Phillips and I have developed a good chemistry," Stafford said. . . . The 'Cats have kept in touch with Sandy Creek defensive end Fred Jones, but they aren't pursuing him hard at the moment. The 6-4, 222-pounder said Cincinnati, Indiana and Middle Tennessee State are showing the most interest.

It's probably still a long shot, but it is great to see that Joker has done a great jobat making inroads at one of the best football high schools in GA. Hats off to Joker and the staff and hope we can bring him in....

As much time as Joker spends in LaGrange he could probably claim residence and run for local office! Let's keep that pipeline open. Guys that make plays+ a winning program = a bright future for UK football.

LaGrange has a bye week, and rumors on another board are saying that both Stafford, DE, and Burden, CB, are going to be at the game tomorrow night along with a JUCO player and some OL prospects. Hope we can show them a winner, and CAT FANS show them some love!!
