BATON ROUGE, La. -- For much of its up-and-down season, the University of Kentucky football team had struggled to get in sync.
When the offense had clicked, the defense had clunked. When the defense had hung tough, the offense had looked rough.
The Wildcats finally got on the same page last night, and for UK coach Rich Brooks it was a scary story, a 49-0 loss to No. 14-ranked Louisiana State in front of 92,148 fans at Tiger Stadium in which UK was an equal-opportunity offender.
