After the Cats gota double digit lead in the 1st half and early 2nd half, the Sycamores of ISU regained the lead mid-way through the 2nd half. But, our girls did a GREAT job of rebounding in the 2nd half and Sarah Elliott took over.

68-58 was the final and they move on in the finals of the Pepperdine Classic. Way to go girls!

Great win over a very good Lady Sycamores team. Living here near Terre Haute I've been to several ISU games and they have some great players. Good job girls!

Great job ladies! This year, I think one of the goals that I'm looking from our women's team is to crack the Top 25. I honestly think they can do it this year.

They seem to have a very good, young, backcourt and some nice post players like Elliot. Sarah scored all 19 of her points in the second half when we needed her most.

Mahoney also had a good game with 16 points.

DeMoss is really doing a good job and we just may see that top 25. But, when we get teams down like we did ISU, we need to crush them and not let them back in the game. Nevertheless, they dida good job of holding on and making plays when it counted.

Hofstra is next in line for the championship of the Pepperdine Classic. I hope the ladies can win this and gain some more momentum!
