Was Jeff Snedegar, former UK linebacker, the runner up for Ohio's Mr. Football award in a year in which it was won by future Heisman winner Charles Woodson?

Jason, according to this article he was runner-up in 1995, which was the year Andy Katzenmoyer won the award. I thought it was the same year as Woodson, too. BTW, Jeff was one of the nicest guys you could ever meet, we talked after a Vandy game in Nashville one season and he stood there messing with my sons til the doors were closing on the bus.
