and give credit where credit is due. Coach Brooks & Co., you ARE the right men for the job. You have stayed the course for this team and never gave up on them (like I did) and I stand here today to give credit to you. I quit coming to games two years ago becuase I was frustrated with the way things were going. I didn't think you were the right head coach to turn this program around. I was WRONG!! I hope like hell to make a game this year and cheer for the Kentucky Wildcats because they deserve a full house of fans after this weekends signature win. Congratulations!!! :thumbup

Here is a quote from Mountain Cat from Sept 18th on my predicitons were 7-5 or 8-4

Cat will have the Hat too

If Grampa Munster wins 7, I'll publicly stand corrected and join his fan club......ain't gonna happen though.

Quote from Mountain cat from My Sept 18th Post we win 7 or 8 games..

Brain are you sure you have been in the Fold the whole time..Im looking for some of your quotes....

Let's seehere is Baldcat after the Louisville game...

As long as people show up in droves to support this garbage and the money keeps flowing in from those very same fans, no AD is gonna do squat.

Not sure who Brain is, but I have been critical during various times. I didn't say that I've always been 100% supportive of the staff.

Doesn't mean that I'm not "in the fold," if you're arguing semantics. Just because you're critical doesn't mean that you're not "in the fold."

All said, I saw what was happening in Spring Ball this year, and made the decision to support them no matter what, because the kids were buying into them.

Believe it or not there are UK fans out there that were pulling for Georgia yesterday..they say as long as the CATS are winning this coaching staff will not go anywhere...real sad..........I don't know whether to feel sorry for them or...........

Here is another quote from Baldcat after Louisville:

I'm just a guy who's shell shocked...stumbling around grasping at straws looking for an answer.

I've tried to be patient with the old man but last night was the last straw.

As for Archer, I've wanted him gone since the first season. Buddha can probably back me on that if he reads this thread.

Baldcat again Sept 4..

That performance last night merits a house cleaning even if it was against last years Texas team.

A totallyprepared team, a defense that looked lost, an offensive offense.

BLUE HETERIC....Ohh a Politcal Forum Mod: From Sept 5th

This is why you will always have a "Rich Brooks" in charge of UK Football. The UKAA knows that you will purchase those tickets and attend those games no matter what they put on the field.

Why bother? Even if they don't build it, you will come.

UK Football: Home of the Fanatical Sucker

OK whois impersonating DELK for 3.... see my post.. to the people badmouthing this team: after UL loss

Like in another thread..

I have my KENTUCKY FOOTBALL shirt on today and AM GOING OUTSIDE

Im a fan WITH OR WITHOUT BROOKS..I SUPPORT THIS TEAM (COACHES TOO)

Im not embarrased..I AM dissapointed but embarassed I AM NOT

Are you challenging my blueness, Russ?

If so, do not even think of going there.

To be perfectly honest, I'm still not 100% sold on Archer, but yesterday we saw some long overdue.improvement on the D. If that trend continues then I'll take a new look at my position.

If you're trying to portray me as some kind of fair weathered fan than you and I have a serious problem. :dmad:

And one more thing...are you telling me that the performance against UL and the one yesterday are even remotely comparable?

Nor am I, but Brooks has to go. It won't get any better, with that said I bleed blue and always will, but that doesn't mean that we have accept the crap that Mitch and Rich keep shoving down our throats. If the status quo is fine with you, then great, but it's not for me. After four years it isas clear as the nose on your face, that UK football will never improve with RB roamingthe sidelines.

Okay fans, let's go easy on attacking each other. I think it is safe to say that in the beginning not many UK fanswere excited about the Brooks hire. We were hoping and praying it was the right move. But, I doubt many felt 100% sure it was. Brooks has slowly and steadily won over some fans and lost others. Personally, I bought in toward the end of lastseason. There is no doubt in my mind that Brooks and his staff has this team believing they are going to turn this program around. As a fan, I am hoping, praying and cheering them on. GO CATS, BEAT VANDY!
