I thought UL would run away with this game when the score was 25-7, but this Rutgers team, which I'm seeing for the first time this season, has played some great "D".

Has Broam ever been on the ground so many times as he's been tonight?

Great football game. 25-25 and Rutgers with the ball and 5 mins to go.

Rutgers defense is amazing folks. That is what defenses should look like.

Brohm is merely and average QB when he gets a lot of pressure and Rutgers has been in his grill the entire 2nd half.

Rutgers driving inside the 40 with 1:44 to go. WOW

Big 3rd down. 1:00 to go. Rutgers has a short FG to kick, but could go for the TD here.

Rutgers takes the knee. 33 yd FG try coming with 30 secs to go.

Why not go for the first down rather than kick the field goal, run the clock more and then kick it.

don't give UL the ball with only needing a TD and 20 seconds

Louisville has been awfully good on kick backs. Fingers crossed for Rutgers

Hard loss for UL.

omgomgomg!!!! Wow! What a wild finish.

Kicker gets a mulligan, and Louisville's NC hopes are dashed by a frigging 5-yard offsides penalty.

I'm glad that's over. I was about ready to puke with all the NC talk.

You have always been calm and sedated with your post.

Did you ever go to bed last night?

But for a mistake by a safety two years ago, UL beats Miami in Miami. Now Gay jumps offsides and UL loses.

I just turned on the radio and see where the Cards lost. I forgot they were playing last night and probably wouldn't have watched anyway. Soooo,

To all of my UK buddies, who happen to be around a bunch of Card fans, life is good.:thumbup

To be a champion you have to run the whole race. Louisville got oh so close but ran out of gas. Now we can look forward to two great teams in the championship game.

A message to UL. Play a tough schedule and you will know early in the season if you are a great football team. You won't have to wait until Rutgers to find out that you are not.

Don't sell Rutgers short. Those were two very good teams on the field last night.
