I saw the RU coach standing at midfield, arms crossed and waiting but no Petrinochio.

Maybe I just missed it?

I don't believe he was waiting specifically for Petrino. I believe that with all the fans on the field it was likely best for both squads to just head for the locker rooms. I've seen the same thing on similar games with fans flooding the field.

In Pitrino's first year when Rothlsburger and Miami Ohio tore UL up in the bowl game down in Mobile Pitrino refused to come to mid field and do the traditional handshake. The second the clock ticked off the last second hewas seen hightailing it off the field in a big funk He was later quoted as saying that he forgot.

Letrino--how classy! (Not)

I'm a UK fan and rarely come on the football board but thought I would check it out this morning. With no surprise to me, many get more job out of U of L losing than a UK win. I see no reason to stoop to this kind of sophomoric name calling--but then I am an old dude.

Don't get me wrong-I hope U of L losses every game they play but I just see no rease for name calling--even in jest. (I am sure I am in the minority)

Lets beat Vandy and then we can rejoice.

Class was thrown out of the rivalry a LONG ago.

Why lower yourself--and the UK program to that level?

Just because they are not classy--and they are not--does that mean that we can be just as classless.

Hopefully, for most, the answer is "No" because we can see the value of having character and class. I truly believe that pays off in the long run. This kind of stuff wil come back to haunt Petrino big time--but calling him names only lowers you to his level IMO.
