Brooks was laughing and in a very good mood, kidding with Cutler and Chip Cosby.
We had a good practice today. Got several guys back in practice: Trey Williams, Oninku, Tamme, someone else I missed.
Message: History lesson: "We can do something that hasn't been done in a long time. What we've accomplished so far will pale in comparison with what we can accomplish on Saturday."
They also interviewed Randy Sanders, who was a class act, taking the high road when given the chance to bash UT.
"It'll be different going to the Visitor's locker room, but ... it's still football."
"UT was good to me for a long time, but I'll be doing everything I can to make sure the Blue team wins. It's football, you get your mind on what you need to do."
How do you feel about UT? No animosity, still cheers for them, except for this Saturday.
Do you feel vindicated given the success that UK has had this year? "When things don't go well, somebody takes the fall. In reality, it was time for meto go."
