Based on victory totals from 2005 to 2006, Kentucky is one of the top-seven most improved teams in the nation.

Having gone from three wins in 2005 to seven victories this year, the Wildcats are +4 for the season. Arkansas has the biggest improvement, moving from a 4-7 record a year ago to 10-1 so far in 2006.

As incredible as it is that Nutt is +6 over last year, I don't feel that it's as merited as what Rich Brooks has done at UK. Nutt was never on probation, he had an established program that had seen success in recent years. 2005 was just a down year for the Hogs, and so in 2006 he decides to do his job so that he can SAVE his job.

Rich Brooks, however, has had none of those pleasures, and still helped us to go +4 in victories. That's more impressive to me.

Excellent. As UK fans we have one more reason to be thankful this Holiday season. A winning football team. That sounds soooo good.

Great job coach Brooks. :thumbup
