LEXINGTON - Jacob Tamme doesn't need anyone to tell him what it would mean to Kentucky football fans if the Wildcats could win at Tennessee on Saturday.
"It would definitely mean a lot to the people in the state, but also to all the players on our team," said Tamme, a junior tight end. "We have two real rivalry games each year - Louisville and Tennessee. Both are special games. We didn't win the first one, so we would love to win this one."
Kentucky has not beaten Tennessee in 22 years. The Wildcats had a chance two years ago at Knoxville, when Tamme had his breakout game with two touchdown catches, only to lose 37-31.
