Someone please help

I am rebuilding my website and I did it in photoshop and image ready. the problem is, i bring the html file over to frontpage and i cannot figure how to add text into it. I have a white box that is a text box that i cannot get text in without screwing up the whole site. Someone smarter than me, please help.

I think you want to use Iframes right? That's the only way I know other than actually writing your text in photoshop on the image. For example, these were done in photoshop: http://studenthome.nku.edu/~ceo.
