Cats Fans,

Thank you for your ticket order for the 2006 Gaylord Hotels Music City Bowl. This
email confirms that your ticket order WILL be filled. Please read this email in
its entirety for important information.

UK Football season ticket holders and K-Fund donors pre-ordered over 17,000 tickets
between November 13 and December 1. Our original ticket allotment consists of 11,000
tickets at the $70 and $50 price range. We have also been able to secure a large
allotment of $35 tickets to help fulfill our pre-order requests, and allow our fans
to attend the game in the best possible seats available. In short, we have been
able to secure enough tickets to fill ALL pre-orders that were submitted by the
December 1 deadline.

The first eight (8) tickets from your order will be assigned based on your priority
ranking. All remaining tickets from your order will be assigned in the best available
seat locations after all priority assignments are completed. If the price level
you requested is not available, your order will automatically be filled at the next
available price level. All pre-orders will be filled with $70, $50, or $35 tickets.

Note: Seat locations have NOT yet been assigned, and will not be available until
just before the December 15 ship date.

As a reminder, online orders will be charged one $10 processing fee, plus $2 per
ticket in reservation fees. Fax/mail orders will be charged one $20 processing
fee.

Tickets are scheduled to be shipped via 2-day UPS on December 15. If you requested
that your tickets be held at Will Call, they will be available to pick up beginning
Monday, December 18 at 9:00 am at the UK Ticket Office in Room 4 Memorial Coliseum.

UK will not be selling parking passes for the Music City Bowl. Parking passes are
available online at www.ticketmaster.com (http://www.ticketmaster.com/), and further parking information can be
found by visiting www.musiccitybowl.com (http://www.musiccitybowl.com/). Please note that ALL parking passes must
be purchased in advance of game-day.
