Another funny thing is that `Bama joined a growing list of colleges who employ "agents" as headhunters seeking viable coaching candidates. They had the same guy Miami hired - which would seem to be a conflict of sorts - hiring a headhunter employed by other colleges as well.

The hardest decision for these guys was figuring out who was going to be the one left out after burying the other two. It's that bad down there.
