The difference in athleticism between UK and LSU was startling.

Women's basketball, like college football, lacks any real balance. If you've got athletes and numbers, you'll win every time out. I don't particularly like either sport for that reason.

I agree with you. It seems like that when Kentucky actually stopped LSU that Kentucky was called for a foul. Almost like the refs are thinking "there is now way this UK player could stop this LSU player without fouling" Therefore they call a foul. Even Mickey DeMoss was on the sideline several times asking the refs what did her players do? Don't get me wrong, LSU is definitely more talented but it does seem like sometimes refs protects the upper level teams from being upset or something.

LSU's women will embarrass a lot of team's this season. I have seen them play a couple of times and they are playing at a higher level than most. The Lady Vols vs LSU game should be a war this year.
