Bills onsidesed against Bengals Saturday with ball hitting off the ground immiedately (not up in air off tee). I knew ball needed to go 10 yds before kicking team could legally touch. Initially, refs gave Bengals ball even though Bills didn't touch till beyond 10 yds apparently because they said Bills blocked a Bengal either before the ball went 10 yds even though block was more than 10 yds downfield, or because Bills blocked less than 10 yds downfield from the kick before the ball went 10 yds - announcers sure weren't clear either. Ultimately refs said Bills didn't violate any whatever rules & gave them the ball.

My question is: Is there any rule(s) against the kicking team blocking players on the receiving team if the ball has touched the ground. Would be newnews to me. Thanks.

I was there at this game but didn't understand the call myself. But for your question, I don't think a kicking team can block the receiving team player if he is within that 10 yards because you have to give that player a chance to attempt to catch it. I'm not really sure but Lighthouse or somebody will correct me if I'm wrong.
