Wish I could but don't have money nor a way down there. If I'm correct, the game should be on TV as well. So, I'll be watching the game. Hopefully, you all be wearing the WCN shirts and I'll keep a lookout for you all. Hope you all have a safe trip up there and have a great time as well. GO LADY CATS!!!!!!!!!!!

Looked like a good crowd on TV, I think UofL played a really physical game that got us out of our offense all night. I wish we played inside out with Elliot and Pfiffer (sp) All night, No doubt in my mind the girl from Sacred Heart is going to be really, REALLY good.

Announced crowd was 10,000+ and second largest in Lady Cat history.

Elliott scored a couple of buckets early, then went to the bench with two fouls and the Cats were never the same. Got down by 15 late in the first half. Came back to tie the game in the second half.Pfeiffer had 19 in the second half including 5 (I think) 3-pointers. But in the end, they never could get over the hump. Humphrey had 16 rebounds.

They're just a different team with Elliott in there. She and Humphrey make a good high-low tandem with Humphrey playing out high and feeding low to Elliott. Without Elliott, they don't have much inside presence. I was hoping Roddy would fill that void but hasn't thus far, although I have to remember she's just a soph and sat out a lot of her freshman year with an injury.

With Elliot in foul trouble and on the bench we had NO inside offense.....and Loserville kept taking the ball to the basket everytime............the refs were terrible

UL was very quick too. A learning game. Sure is different from men's ball. Took some getting used to.

How many jump balls do you think were called? Is that the norm for girl's ball rather than fouls??????

One of my best friends coaches a varsity girls team in Indiana, and yes, that is the norm for girls games. There are always a ton of jump balls.
