I went to the Ky State Fair yesterday evening, and happened by the UK-UofL sports memrabillia booth, to see if I would see any UK players. Low and behold, there's Larry O'Bannon, sitting at a table, waiting, waiting, and waiting, for someone, anyone, to buy a pic for him to sign. I hung around about 15 minutes to see if anyone stopped by, and no dice, so I left. I returned 30 minutes later, and still no one, so I left yet again. But I once again returned, this time to make a purchase, and the UK memrabillia was selling like hotcakes, but there sat Lonesome Larry, still waiting, waiting and waiting....:P

No, but on another note, The folks at the Mullett Comb Booth, said that there were about 12,000 UK fans waiting in line for their free Mullett Comb.

Maybe you UofL fans should support your former players, instead of worrying about what UK fans post on a UK board. Now run along little man, adults are talking here.

LMAO!!! As I was reading the opening post this is exactly the same thing that came to mind....just not in those exact words. Not that I exactly believe your story 100 %. Something tells me there was some slight exaggeration there. But on the flip side, it's really not surprising to find 95% of the UK fan base at the state fair. I have been twice in my entire life. I figured everything deserves a second chance. After seeing so many staggering drunks, fights, mullets, wife beaters, tattoos, and missing teeth, and 300 pound women in mini skirts, I figured I had seen enough for a lifetime.

But if it is allowed to for a UL fans to say something about mullets then fros are no different get a clue jack a$$. This makes me soo mad it is absurd that it is ok to put down one race but if you say somthing about another then it is rasism. It is a two way road and if one of YOUR fans wants to go down that road then he needs to be addressed as such.

Oh ok, but calling UK fans "rednecks", "hillbillies", "inbreds" and "toothless" is fine right? Remember UofL fans, you live in Ky just like everyone else, Louisville is not an island. You are as much a redneck as the UK fan in Pikeville.

thats the way UofL fans are. they can't take the smack talk back at them, so they try to make special rules to help them out. its okay to talk about rednecks, hillbilly's, trailers and such..but afro's, hoopties, and the west end is off limits for the cry baby's.
