JUST KIDDING. :D
I am so used to saying it, that these games are foreign to me. LOL
- Great games from Crawford, Bradley and Morris.
- Nice 2nd half from my man Jodie. The kid is special.
- Good to see Stevenson so active. He needed some confidence, IMO.
The Cats certainly did not play down to the competition this time and it's nice to see a rout for a change and extra PT for some of the guys.
BTW...I kind of like the way Mark Coury hustles out there. The kid has a little game.

You got me.
Gotta mention Sheray Thomas too. The man does nothing but get big rebounds, block shots, make sweet passes...he played well tonight.
Nice to see Woo get a couple of looks from around the free-throw line as well. :thumbup

Yeah, this was incredible. Far and away the most impressive win we've had so far, and many positive's have come out of it. For one, big congrats to Joe, Bradley, and Morris. Great games by our best players, which is important. But also, big kudos to our bench as well. And thank the lord, for once we actually pushed the lead up instead of letting the other team cut the margin down. It's nice to get a rout, ain't it? So sweet...

haha when i first read the title i was saying i hope this is from a past game and not tonight. Great game though and this winning streak gets sweeter every game.
Wow Bob, I'm so used to you being such a realist I jumped in here ready to argue. Well you got me. But yes, it was an ugly win, ugly for the Gamecocks, real ugly.

Stevenson has had four good games in a row. He can be a real key for us moving forward.

Heck, the way I am put together I evensweat out these games and bet I am not the only one still hollering at mistakes in the last five minutes;). Seriously, it was great to be able to breathe in the second half.

What you talkin' 'bout, Willis?
We could be up by 75 points in the national championship game and I'd be screaming at the walk-ons to REBOUND, YOU LAZY.......!!!!
Ah, but I love 'em all.

Im loving Stevenson more and more each game. I would like to see him in the lineup and Perry coming off the bench. Morris continues to be a beast down low. Crawford is blossoming into a star.. Bradley continues to be mr. consistency. Great game by the cats tonight. I cant wait until we play the big guns like Florida and Tennessee.

I like our improvement but don't look forward to Florida and Arkansas, not to mention LSU. Tennessee I think we can take,

... and Vandy beat us twice last season and I had to endure cowardly chiding by a seeming Vandy professor in Nashville. He left a message with the manager of the restaurant to give my wife and me- after, he was out of there. His message strongly hinted that UK basketball was " has beens".
Our players have to do it on the basketball court, especially for Vandy this year.

Lucky for us, Vandy has mighty Ted Skuchas playing center. They relieve him with a couple of guys I think they picked up from the rec league on campus.
Byars and Fosters are tough, Neltner and Gage are formidable, but once you get past those four the 'Dores are...puny.
Cats should take care of business Saturday night. Nothing is ever certain with the way those guys shoot, but I wouldn't be too worried. Furman and Appalachian State beat them. UK should be able to handle them.

FWIW, that is what Tubby was saying after the game. Tubby, more or less, said that Coury isgoing to be a good player for us.
In regard to the thread's title, I had wrongly assumed an old thread had been brought back up to the top. :ggrin:WOW! Wasn't it a pretty win indeed! :)
