I was under the impression he can't go through the draft twice. Is he simply an unrestricted free agent andable to sign with the highest bidder at any point?

Does anyone know the process and/or restrictions?

Yeah he is in a unique situation. He could sign with an agent today if he wanted too. Strongly would urge him not to though.

HE IS TOO SOFT FOR THE NBA RIGHT NOW. PASSIVE AGGRESSIVE.

Morris (currently) can only do damage against undersized opponents. Once he gets to the Association, they don't have any of those. He still needs to improve if he wants to actually play in the NBA. (Riding the bench might be an option though.)

Morris is now an unrestricted free agent as defined by the NBA's collective bargaining agreement.

Any NBA team could offer him a 10 day contract or a rest of the season deal at anytime up to 10 days prior to any post season games they may play.

The NBAD is pretty much bound by the same rules as the parent NBA.

Any overseas team could offer him whatever they wanted at anytime. That's what happened with the guy from UF, {Dienier, sp}, a few years ago.

It's not a worry. The NBA is not trying to hire him away from UK. He has become a fine college center. He is still not what the NBA wants or needs.
