The more I think about it, the sicker it makes me. I mean some people have went way past the line with it. What is it? It's the disrespect of a man named Tubby Smith. I have no problem with people giving their opinions on here about tubby, thats part of what this board is for right? But there is amajor difference between being critical of his coaching and just flat out disrespecting theman. I know us Kentuckyfans seeit as being more then agame andthatspart of what makesKentucky basketballso special, butwhen it comes down to it, it is justa game.Ifyour saying you don'tfeel likeTubby is the right fit here anymore and stuff like that then, i feel like thats okay. The people thatcall outTubbyout and talk about how muchhe has toreour program down andhow heis a joke, stufflike that justdoesn't sit wellwith me andIhope it doesn'twith youguys either, i even seen on one board where people were making foul comments about Donna and thats just sick. Tubby is a human just like me and you, theres no reason to be treating him like that over agame for 18-22year old college students.

I wanttothank my fellow wildcat nationers because for the most parti've notseen the comments im describing on here. I'm talking about the peopleon all the other boards that just really have nocourtesy and obviouslyno life.

In the end, what i'm trying to say is, whether you loveTubby or you hatehim oryou just want tosee the cats win, please keep in mind thatTubby is human just like us.

And most of all GO CATS!!!

I've said this several times, this is by far the most fair and balanced forum. I know there are issues and I know Tubby is the man at the helm and needs to be held accountable but for the most part, we don't make it personal. I've been on other boards today too, it's ugly.

Kind of put it all in perspective.......good stuff

I am all for being critical of play, play calling, etc.....but some of the other boards are crucifying the man personally.....

I never visit any other sites. I hate to read that, but am not at all surprised.

I have said all along that the best thing for both parties would be for Tubby to resign quietly at the end of the year. He is a great man and Kentucky is the greatest college basketball job in all the land. Unfortunately it has come to the point that Tubby Smith should no longer be the coach of the Wildcats. This makes neither party bad or good. It was just wasn't made to be.

About time some heart has been shown in a forum. Man I have form surfed this afternoon to get a feel of what everyone was saying about the whole radio show in TN and Tubbys show. And man you are right it was ugly indeed. The man is a man. I still think he is a good coach. But he just never became a great coach. Thats it plain and simple. And as far as being a good person. Ive always liked that about him. But theres those cut throats out there that would care less. thats just not right no matter how you shake it. Good post,.......
