Meeks has seemed to get all the props today. Don't really know much more to say. Thank You Mr. Meeks.
Woo was probably the best he has played all year. True heart. Gives his all. Gave some great minutes. Thought he should have played more the second half.
Bobby Perry. Best game this season, bar none. Everyone gives him down the road, but doesn't seem to want to give him props.
Take out those guys, and we lose big.
I seen a lot of hustle in the first half, great defense, smooth offense. Second half, same ol same ol.

Thanks for reminding the nation that not everything was horrible today. That we did hustle for most of the game.

Definitely Meeks is my favorite player on this team. Bradley has probably cost us at least 4 games this year. I am ready for him to go, along with the rest of our overated junior class.

What about the Meeks to Woo combo. There is definatelysome chemistry there between those two. It seems like Meeks is the only one that trusts that Woo can finish on a pick and roll. I loved seeing the pick and roll executedwith perfection several times in the first half.
I wish Morris could screen as good as Woo andI wish our other guards could find the big man rolling to the basket for an easy 2.

Personally I think Obrzut has been misused from day one. I understand trying to make a post player out of him, but at some point wouldn't it have been worth a try to see what he could do out on the wing. He has obviously never been comfortable with his back to the basket. I will say one thing he is the best screener on the team and never stops moving, this is something that seems to be lost on the other players, especially the upper classmen. That to me is the most disappointing aspect of this season's squad, the play of the so called veterans. If you want to point fingers there's enough blame to go around I suppose. The freshmen have performed about as well as could be expected and they probably haven't been given enough opportunities.
At several times this year I've said that this season's Wildcats may not have the overall talent of last year, but they were a better "team".......I guess may be I should apologize to last season's squad.

Good post, along with Radiated's post.Too, I saw a lot of positives today.Unfortunately, Ialso saw the typically horrid play at crunch time. IF that had not been the case all season, we would only have a few losses and would not be having many of these discussions. In the case of yesterday's game, I just wish we could replay the game with Jodie Meeks out on the floor at the end of the game. :(
