No shock here to me... Afterall, waiting to see the final product is the only logical way to grade the productivity of the coaching staff.

Sorta agree.

We will have had ten years of data with discernible trends. Were it my decision, I'd be leaning strongly toward replacement unless an appearance in the finals of the SEC and an Elite Eight appearance (with strong indications that Patterson would join the team) changed my mind.

I could not agree more. Right now, I am not happy with Tubby's production, but he has a chance to change my mind with solid results. Nothing more, nothing less.

Seth Davis of SI wrote in a recent article that Tubby had "one" good friend in Todd, as if to say Mitch might pull the switch but Todd might get in the way.

This tells everyone that Mitch is going to have the final say on things!! Lose early in both tourneys and pack your bags Tubby!
