We've all seen it. But I just thought now would be a good time to share it with you all. Simply amazing.

Wow!!! It's always great to see some of that old footage. Especially with all of the negative going on now days. It reminds me that, yes UK has tradition like no other program, and no matter how far down we may seem to be now, we will rise again. :wildcatface:wildcatface:wildcatface:wildcatface:w ildcatface:wildcatface:wildcatface:wildcatface:wil dcatface:wildcatface:wildcatface:wildcatface:wildc atface:wildcatface:wildcatface:wildcatface:wildcat face

As you said, we've all seen it. I have seen most all those clips as they happened, however, I have not seen this clip which puts it together so well. It would be nice to have that on a cd. Very well done. Thanks for sharing.

Seeing all the former players in Wildcat Blue again was great. And watching Patrick hit that shot again..well, I literally have tears streaming down my cheeks. That video puts everything into perspective andhelps to re-focus.

Thanks for posting that.

Doesn't it though? I know it's just a game, but it's been a big part of my life since I was a child. But when or lose, those are our players, that's our coach, this is our team, this is our state, and when we win, we're happy with them, and when we lose, we cry with them.

I remember that loss to Michigan St. so vividly. I was at church that night, but kept going back and forth from the sanctuary to my car to listen to Tom call the game. When Sparks hit that three, it was one of the wildest things that's ever happened. I got out of the car and started running around the parking lot. It was surreal. I couldn't believe it.

I am glad that I didn't watch that game because I would have been more heartbroken than I already was just listening to it on the radio.

That team, in that moment, showed what Kentucky basketball is all about. It felt like all of the past teams, past moments, past coaches, all of those things piled up into that one moment to show what Kentucky basketball is all about. What made it so much more special for me was that you could see the heart they displayed. They never quit. Not once. When Sparks hit that shot, I could say with confidence, "That's my team!" And when we went down in defeat, I could stand tall saying, "That's my team! I'm proud of them!" Something about seeing Tubby Smith clapping after Sparks made that shot almost makes me want to break down a ball my eyes out.

Without Kentucky basketball and its incredible history, college basketball just wouldn't be the same.

Corny, I know, but it's how I feel. :ggrin: GO CATS!

This is my video that I created. I just want to let everybody know how much I enjoyed creating it....putting together some of the greater moments in wildcat history was an honor, and I look forward to the coming years with B.G. and company.

Great video, this was the first time I had seen it. God I love UK, and can't wait until Billy G turns us in to that team to be feared again. The Tubby chest bump, brings a big smile to my face, a memory of Tubby I'll never forget.

Thank God I'm home alone, cos I have tears in my eyes too. I can't explain it, but you all already understand it..... THERE IS NOTHING IN THE WORLD LIKE KENTUCKY BASKETBALL. My son says a trip to Rupp to watch the Cats is a religious experience. I couldn't put it any better.

Wow that brings back memories! I cannot wait for Midnight Madness after watching that. I believe we are headed for more glory in the days to come.

" Apparently the University of Kentucky basketball dynasty is to continue forever" You can't say it any better than that! Thanks for the memories, my Easter weekend couldn't have been topped any better. This Basketball program will prevail and make us all as proud as watching this! My kids will grow up knowing the passion, excellence and tradition that UK has and will provide!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Scars and edubb2286-

That was great!

Many of the same shots were also used by my new friend, Ryan Parker, of Flatwoods KY in his "I Bleed Blue" song. With great respect to you two great UK fans and with thanks for Ryan Parker, I hope this link plays for all Kentucky Basketball fans to share:

Will somebody please give a better link?
