They are going thru the motions and Tubby has 3 people out there who couldn't score on me.

Another proud day for Wildcat fans

Might as well quit watching, it'll keep you from seeing us take the lead back.

Gotta keep him fresh. That was Bradley's first blow of the half.

Why is Bradley out??? 13-0 run with him in----- take him out and 4 straight points for Bama. Jasper should not be running this team!!!!!!!!!!

Honestly, our offense isn't running much better than it did in the beginning (some, but not a lot). Amazing how huma perception of offensive continuity, heart, desire, and overall quality seem to be based on whether the ball bounces in or out.

My comments about going thru the motions invlved letting Bama get easy shots and us not setting any screens with authority.

Offense always looks better when shots are falling but I understand what you're saying.

Morris is on point today!!! :thumbupIf he gives 100% over the next couple of weeks, this team can be dangerous. With Bobby Perry starting to hit shots, this teams has 5 players who can score the ball (Bradley, Crawford, Meeks, Perry and Morris). That is more than a lot of teams can say. They have just have to keep playing with intensity for a full 40 minutes. Lets not forget they are playing a team fighting for their NCAA lives today. I like their mettle so far.

Go Cats!!!

CSF, I think you could now fairly say (and without sarcasm) that Coach Smith did not let you down today. :lol:As I see it, Coach Smith is part of the TEAM, and they all deserve some credit today. :)

FWIW, Coach Hobbs said he thought that we came out with some nervousness, which is what I also saw. We were missing wide open shots. I'm just thankful that we came through and pulled off the victory, of course. Too, I'm also thankful that Alabama was not scoring much while we struggled with nerves or whatever. Too, I hope we come out stronger early tomorrow. GO CATS!

Try watching the game with a little FAITH. I swear , just like in football, UK fans negativity somehow works it's way onto the field or court and they start to play bad. When that negativity is gone (as in when you stop watching) everything changes.

Moral of the story---QUIT BITCHING AND BE A FAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Like I said Poodoo. These are the kinds of things you're glad to be wrong about. If they start out crappy tomorrow I'll flame em again in hopes it makes me eat another batch of crow.

Like my sig says "I could be wrong" ;)

Actually they played bad until I started bitching and it picked up. Well, maybe it was Tubby's bitching that got em going ;)

It was funny. Every time I was able to listen to the game, Alabama started making a mini-run. Then I'd have to mute the game to take a phone call, then by the time I "un-muted" the game, UK had just done something good that I missed. Maybe I should just not listen to the game... ;)

The difference yesterday was we played hard defense from the tipoff. Yes we lost our man when playing help defense some from time to time but the effort was there. I saw something from this team yesterday, including Tubby, and it was heart, desire, and effort. I thought Coach Smith made timely substitutions to give the guys much needed blows. This was because they played their guts out and left it all out on the court. Another difference was we answered every Alabama run. The Tide is too athletic and long not to make runs..and boy they had two dunks that got us out of our easy chairs yesterday..I almost spilled my Bud Light ( I said almost). All in all I saw the fire and it was burning too intense to flame out today. The Dawgs are gonna get clawed and cut too deeply today to hang with this team. Mark it down.
