There have been a lot of them. Here is one that stands out in my memory but is somewhat forgotten these days:

The recap at the end of that page lays out how exciting that game was.

How much more dramatic can you get than when the ball was bouncing and hanging on that rim as the buzzer went off against Michigan State in '05? There's never been so much screaming, yelling, and jumping around in my house ever before or since then.

there are alot.....but one sticks out the most............UK-Duke 1998..down by 18 and greatest comeback ever to go on and beat Duke and win it all
The Michigan State game stands above the rest, in my opinion. There have been a lot of magical moments in UK history, but when Sparks hit that shot, it was one of the most dramatic situations I have ever been "involved" in. It was amazing.

I still think you have to put the 1979 UK/Kansas game in the top 3. Down 66-60 with less than a minute, Dwight "the Blur" Anderson picked up a couple of charges, and Kyle Macy drilled some free throws just in time to win 67-66.

One game that doesn't get mentioned much is a game against LSU in 1980. Kyle Macy hit a shot at the buzzer to give UK the SEC Championship in Baton Rouge,no less. It was a great game against two teams that were evenly matched. IIRC the two teams played a week later in the SEC Tourney finals and LSU won by two.

What about the UK/Arizona game in the Maui classic in '93 or was it '94 when Jeff Brassow tips the ball in at the last second to give UK the win.
