Lady Cards season tickets avaialble for just $25. What a bargain, but I am sure thats pretty typical for a mid-major program like theirs. Ever play a #1 before lil bros? Never beat one. Ever seen 13,400 fans in a season...much less just one game?

In light of the victory over the #1 Vols.....I'd say that with coach DeMoss building the Lady Cats program into a super-power the price of our season tix just went up.

I think I read they had about 1500 last Sunday in Cheatum Hall for their game....not what Tommy wants since moving to the BIG LEAST

What is it with you and attendance smack Doc? Did you used to have birthday parties as a kid and no one showed up? Just you, a lousy clown, a couple of nerdy booger picking kids that no one else played with, and your parents?

Very good win for the lady Cats, but I can't help but believe at least half of those 13,000 were UT womens fans. they draw more for womens than mens basketball. If you go back and look at attendance for the other home games, I bet you don't draw more than a couple of thousand on average.

4thecards...there were some Vols fans there last night but maybe 1000 at the most....and I beg to differ on other games 10,000 for UL.....and the other games that were played in Memorial had huge crowds with over 6,000 when we played 3rd ranked LSU...the lowest being 2068 for BGState

I simply speak the truth. Mitch made a great hire with Coach DeMoss and by the end of next season in football you will be eating your words about Coach Brooks.....in fairness you will be joined by a lot of our fans with the crow-feast.

MB is already showing that he not Jurich is the best AD in the state.

You must need to refill your med prescription. You are out of touch with reality again if you think Brainfart is even in the same league with Jurich. Granted, the women's basketball coach seems to be working out for you guys, but that is the only decision he has been in on that seems to be worth a plugged nickle. Jurich on the other hand, is so good I cannot believe we are holding on to him. If he had a job at Ohio State or Michigan or Texas or any other of the really big money schools it would be scary what the man could accomplish.

Not to mention the fact that UofL (lil bro) has NEVER EVEN BEEN RANKED #1 in the nation. This ranking is a sign of respect for what you have done as a program.

You have never been ranked #1 because nobody respects you to that level. We on the other hand have been frequently ranked #1.

Jurich has built a smoke and mirrors football program and people are finally seeing that Petrino for instance has only beaten 5 teams with winning records during his tenure. As bad as we are I think RB can even say that.

Hey, I bleed Blue as big as anyone, but Lector might want to take notice that UK offered Womens season tickets for just about the same price, (may have even been 20 bucks) That has been the price for the past two seasons,Barnhart did it to drum up support and attendance and it has worked, Although I think there will likely be a price hike if the Lady Kats finish strong this year, because next season should be an even better one. Frankly it looks like Jurich is stealing a page from Barnharts book on this one.

But we have never been spoken of as a Womens powerhouse program like Jurich and their fans like to hold out their program. Heck they even have a sign on I65 that says "University of Louisville Womens Basketball - One of America's finest." Their fansbeat us over the head with their "modest" success in the CUSA all the whilePitino's old assistant never could get anything going on our side. Then Mitch hires coach "D" and things are starting to change around the area.

The reality of the situation is that they are still nothing more than smoke and mirrors at LilBroville. Yea they had a nice win against us that was aided by a motivational hang it on the locker hit piece on Carly Ormrod (sp?) in the CJ. But Carly will have her chances to show lil bro that she made the right decision and she'll do so in front of their fans who paid about $1.25 to see the game.

More than Volleyball...I think its free. That is the greatest bargain on the planet IMO.
