Jai was in the top 5 I believe. Not bad. Hope we get him also.

It's on espn right now. The actual game doesn't start until eight I think, but I'm talking about the three point shooting contest. the dunk contest is on now.
As far as the last pure shooter. I'm not sure exactly what you mean...if you mean just a guy that could shoot threes well and also do other things...pat pat, joe crawford was supposed to be, gerald fitch...those were probably the last ones. If you mean a guy that can only shoot threes, then that would be more of a josh carrier type, which was a bust. We haven't had anybody as good as jj though, cameron mills was probably the last to come close, as far as pure three point shooters goes.

John, how about Tony Delk? Aside from him, I don't believe we've had one since. Gerald Fitch might fit in that category.

CAN WE PLEASE STOP WITH THE CALATHES TO UK TALK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
there is no way possible that UF released him to a conference rival that just stole thier coach.....he will more than likely be released with the stipulation that he doesn't transfer to a SEC school.

For those not watching the game....they just interviewed Jai's dad, and he basically said the same thing he has been saying.....just waiting on to see who is where.
For the Duke haters.....(which includes me).....they are getting a kid named Nolan Smith.....He is in my opinion the best athlete on either of these teams, he is a high flyer. (to bad I am going to hate him next fall :>)

I read that the new rules would prevent Florida from doing this.

He also said "then coach Smith left." Ouch, again. But I really like Lucas. Seems really heady, and his perimeter shot looks pure. I'd LOVE to have had him this year. Would have been VERY different. Hopefully we get him and Patterson.

I agree! The 2 Syracuse kids are good.
Jai went down the lane and put a floater just over Pattersons hand for the basket, then gave him a pat on the back.....
Jai is exciting to watch, and at this point he looks like he be a big contributor next year....whereever he is.
PP just had a big block. Has rebounded very well, and scored decently. I think he will be a solid player next year.....once again wherever he is.
Catlathes is spectacular. I hope he isnt at Florida for long.
OJ Mayo looks like the ball hog I thought he would be, he has made some passes, but nothing to special. (then again I came in with a negative point of view on him, thanks media )
