Trust me when I tell you that this is formality in the new on-line hiring system that has recently been launched at UK. ALL University state jobs HAVE to be posted, it's the law...

I can also tell you that the applications that are filed will not be looked at because there are no real candidates applying.... The new head coach will do the assistant hiring. Again, this is just a formality. You can PM me if you want details.
