Under normal circumstances, junior-college transfers Jess Beets and Josh Winchell could use their first spring practice at Kentucky to ease into things, slowly learn the offense and then challenge for starting jobs in the fall. But with the UK offensive line in dire straits because of injuries and suspensions, these are not normal circumstances.

Yes, but he's talking about the process: first you teach them the system hurriedly, then you throw them in.

Makes sense to me, anyway. :shrug:
