I know this might be a silly question for some so here it goes.
Besides specualtion and Hopes, what proof do we have that Billy D. is Mitchs priority #1?

Well the VAST majority of the fans want him. His job is to make hires to keep fanbase happy. Or at least try to make those hires. So HE had better have Donovan as #1 target. Or I would say we will be looking for a new AD soon also.

It is all speculation. It will remain just speculation untill a final hire is made.

After the hire is made everyone will speculate on what went right or wrong. If the hire is not Bily D, all sorts of rumors and conspiracy theories will begin to be posted. There is no insight to be gained as to what the end result will be from any of these boards (take everything with a grain of salt).

The boards are a funway expressing opinions and viewing the opinions of others.

Maybe thefact that it has been public knowledgethat he, he being Mitch,offered a 7 year 28 million dollar contract. Or something like that. He hasn't offered anyone else that kind of deal. Heck, he hasn't offered anyone else anything has he?
