Will we have any fallout?

Does anyone see the possibility of any current players leaving? Not necessarily now, but maybe after practice starts?I haven't heard anything to make me believe this, but if Billy G. is as intense as I'm hearing (i.e. practice=bootcamp), I wonder if all of our current roster can hack it. I hope they can. We desperately need toughness.

I doubt it. Matter of fact, all I've heard is that one was staying(Jasper) who was rumored to be leaving. From all indications, all the current players are excited to have the chance to play for BG.

I surely hope not, CATHEAD, and I don't think any players will leave. I agree that most of the players seem excited about playing for Gillipsie (although some are naturally still dealing with the loss of their former coach, as Bradley mentioned), and I can certainly understand that. Goodness, most all of us fans were ready to put on a uniform after hearing him speak! :D

Having said that, I feel sure there may be some tough days for some of the guys duringGillispie's practices (especially "bootcamp," if he choosesto have it).I suspect Perry Stevenson may have a rougher time dealing with them than some others (merely based on comments from those close to the program), BUT his doing so could well make him the player he CAN be. I love the young man's potential.Stevenson may need some encouragement from someone at times, though.:cool:
