For what its worth,a talk radio show here in knoxville (cant remember the name of the show it isa local production on the SportsAnimal)is reporting Steve Forbes talked with UK about an assistant job and turned the job down. Steve Forbes is currently an assistant to Bruce Pearl and coached with Gillispie at A&M.

Interesting. It may be that Forbes sees Pearl moving on & up in another year or so and wants to posture himself to fill that vacancy. Hopefully, BG will be here much longer.
