Deandre came out of the tunnel last night literally three feet from us. Kentucky fans were shouting, "Come to Kentucky!" I watched Deandre to see what his reaction would be.

He had no reaction.

Didn't even look up at the crowd. Didn't even flinch.

I wonder if it's a given that he'd come to Kentucky IF he asks out of his LOI at A&M. I've read speculation on various sites that he may not want to leave the state of Texas. That could be just that, though...speculation.

If I were a bettin' man, which occasionally I am, I'd say he stays at A&M.

The young man sure sounds focused. At 18 (or whatever age he may be), how do you not react in someway to shouts such as those. At the very least, I would have blushed. :blush: <-- Like that.

IU fans think he might consider IU if he asked out of his LOI. It's not unthinkable that he would reconsider some schools, but his comments have always been about Gillispie, not about another program.

Although I think he liked the attention, he played hard for the fans, he got along well with AJ (gave him a bit of a hug after the slam dunk contest and both of them seem to like to dance), and he made comments quoted in this morning's CJ that inspired hope for UK, I think the favorite is clearly A&M.

What other news is he going to annouce besides "i'm staying with A&M"? He can't really annouce "I'm gonna go to UK" because Clyde hasnt even recruited him. I expect him to make it known tonight that he will stick to his LOI
