It would be opposite if it were based on success because of Louisville's football dominance in the past 10 years, and keepingpacein basketball the past 30 (5 final fours, 2 titles vs 5 final fours, 2 titles). Newport is where the big Kentucky Aquarium is so often touted by Kentucky tourism a few years ago - in the unfortunately named "STAYNKY" campaign, lol.
