Terrence Williams Suspended

Word is that T. Williams will not play Saturday against Notre Dame and possibly against Cincinnati next week. Academic issues.

The most important regular season game of Pitino's career at UofL. If this stands, it's a gutsy move on his part. Lose this game and it's basically EOS: End of Season.

Yea I heard it on the radio on the way back to Louisville today and they said he was on acedimic leave which I thought was weird that he wasn't just suspended but hey what ever. I caled my buddy who is a big UL fan and hadn't heard anythng about it when I told him he got so pissed. He said "what is worng with these kids all they have to do is play ball and go to school and that is it'" I have agree with him if all I had to do to possbily be int he nba one day si stay in school and play ball then I think I would be a little motivated to go to class.

Seriously I feel really bad for UL since they need these games. If they lose to ND and'or Cincy then their season is over I dont even think a win over UCONN could salvage a NCAA bid if they happened to lose to ND or Cincy.

I saw that Coach Spin letter from one of many disgruntled UofL fans. It was right on the money. Eventually the BS walks.

its Pitino adding to his "excuses bank." If they were in the hunt then he'd be playing.

If Pitino was still the coach at UK, would he have let Morris come back after faxing him a note and would he have forced Crawford to come crawling back? All of you know if he was still at UK those two young men would never be back on campus.

Look. talking smack about a game is one thing and all that's well and good, but don't be pulling flat LIES out of thin air just to get a dig in. If one of the U of L players is having academic problems, that's Pitino's issue and I have no doubt he'll deal with it. It's not our fault that the only way you guys can defend U of L anymore is by not defending them at all but trying to turn it around by coming up with phony put-downs of UK. Sheesh! :rolleyes:
