It is still there in all of its glory.... and you can even give yourself access...
Click "User CP" in the upper left hand corner of the forum
Scroll down and select "Group Memberships" from the menu on the left
Click the radio button to join the group and then click the "Join Group" button.Alternatively you can click here (http://www.wildcatnation.net/forum/profile.php?do=editusergroups) to go straight to the Join Group area
