Seems like a lack of Louisville on both of these lists. But I guess one out of 150 is pretty good right sort of like one final four out 14 years.

I was simply asking where Louisville's name was on either one of the lists I posted. You would think since Pitino is such a great coach and recruiter he could atleast get two of the top 150 players but I guess that is what the lack of success does for you.

I'm not suprised we didnt have an amazing class. Kind of hard when you are stacked at every position and recruits know they wouldnt get much playing time. Patterson would have to redshirt if he came to UofL.

No way a top 10 player in the nation would redshirt anywhere.

man I leave for a few days and this place goes to hell....Crikey, we just signed a top four class last year...everyone is back from that team(-Sr Jenkins) so why would we have a top class. What Pitino did was brilliant, you have to get some 4 year kids after a class like we had last year or your classes will be really unbalanced. Clark and DC will never last 4 years so you don't recruit 1-2 year players right behind them, no you get guys that will stick and don't expect to start. Now as for this years class, let's see we are in on almost every top ten player and in great shape with Tyrek Evans and Greg Monroe,Osby,Vargus,Singleton I could go on...Trust me UofL will have another great Class. Not to mention we have a really solid 7' Name Withey already in the fold for next season

Patterson would start ahead of any front court player UL has on its roster and you know it. He'll smoke "Glass knees" Padgett and "Hand me another Big Mac" Caracter.

It is only wack because it says something negative about your team. You can't get a top ten class every year true. But only one player in the top 150 and not even one in the top 50 you even have to admit that is not exceptable. But I guess if you are a UL then one is good enough. Like one final four in 14 years.

Personally I would take Patterson's athletic ability over Padgett any day of the week. But Patterson doesn't have the experience yet so Padgett will still get the edge. As far as Caracter I would take his athletic ability over Patterson because of his size and ability to dominat the low post. But Caracter has shown a lack of mental toughness.
