All that hype is gonna get squashed come the 3rd game. You think you felt bad after the Rutgers game? Nothing will compare to this!

Why? Are you going to keep the Louisville victory margin under 30 points this year?

So wait: beating an undefeated, 5th ranked Boise State team is easier than beating an unranked Clemson team who lost 3 of their last 4? Whatever u say.

It cant be too much harder considering the difference in the schedules that each team played.

The operative word in that is EXPECTED. You all haven't done diddly-squat yet. Geez, your bunch gets more mileage out of "almosts" and "possibilities" that any other school in the country. As far as the BCS bowl? How about getting there first and THEN talking about it, huh? Oh, and if you Card fans have this expectation that UK is going into our game cringing with terror at the thought of playing the football juggernaut that is Louisville (My gosh, I almost gagged just typing that nonsense), you're very mistaken. It ain't gonna happen. UK fans don't give a rat's rear where you guys stand in the polls.
Let's just strap 'em up and see what happens. ;):icon_mrgreen:
(Oh, in case anyone is wondering, I'm ready for some football and since it's already started, I wanted to get a few shots in myself... )
Please note also the smiley faces I've added to my post, lest anyone think I'm getting too serious..

Ask Oklahoma who they'd rather play

You are talking about Boise St this year and was it 2 or 3 years ago? Different teams my friend. If I had the choice Id rather play your team from 3 years ago than your team now. Players play together for 4 years and mature and have more chemistry and therefore become a better football team. No comparison in the team that uofl played and the team Oklahoma played.

Just go ahead and waste your time putting it in your sig. It will be erased shortly after the game is over.Mark it down! And IF we lose, I will be a man and come on here and congratulate you.

I don't need points or spreads as we will win the game straight up. Your season ends game 3.

Uk stands as much of a chance winning this year's football game as they do advancing tio the final four in basketball this season. In other words, not much.

And you guys have as much a chance of winning that game as you do hitting two clutch gimmes to win a basketball game. In other words, highly unlikely.

This stat says it all... Brooks' record against teams with winning records: 3-23. Losing against every ranked team you play and winning (barely) against every Louisiana Monroe-like team you play doesnt make you a good team. UK is better but not on the same level as UofL.

We might not be on the same level but we do have a chance at beating you. Theres no denying that. If it was all about being on a different level then we shouldnt have been a delay of game away from beating tennessee and you all shouldnt have lost to Rutgers. There would be no George Masons if it was only about the levels you play at. Two ranked teams in a sport will always be a good game no matter it they are ranked 1 and 2 or 1 and 25

I agree completely. I just had a problem with BH saying it as a fact UK would win. As much as I think UofL would win, if a UK fan offered a $500 straight-up bet, i wouldnt do it. Upsets happen.

Wow, you guys are really confident. Not very wise , in my opinion. Always seems to come back to bite you. This will be the best UK team the Cards have faced since the 98 season. Will it be enough to get a victory? I don't know , but that's why they play the game on the field.

Exactly. Anyone on here (UK or UofL fan) saying that it is a definite thing that their team will win is just crazy. Both teams have a very good chance at winning it this year and it will be a very good game
