Browse to it from the button at the bottom of the "Post Reply" form...

Note: max size is 100K...

or save it to hard drive and host it on a hosting site (www.imageshack.com) then imbed it in the post (the two green dots under the red dot button above).

Reminder.... often times when things are not "intuitive" it's because the member is using FireFox (as I do) instead of IE.

There are a few things I have to switch to IE to accomplish consistently...
