I'm hoping Brooks can retire with an overall winning record. That means he would have to average a little over 9-4 for the next 6 years.

Six years? That's surprising (to me, anyway).
If CRB really does plan on staying six years, then maybe it is better if Joker gets some head coaching experience somewhere else.
I would hate to lose him, but six years is a long time.
I was thinking CRB would coach two (maybe three) more years tops - while publicly grooming Joker for the job.

Only Rich knows how much fire is still in his belly. And if last season was an indicator, there's a lot left.
