What a pick up this would be. Unbelievable, but, as Matt said, is a longggggggg long shot at best. IF he becomes 2007, then other schools are there to compete as well.

Yikes. If you didn't like projects before, you'll need to like them now. Yes, I understand that he's rated higher than any of the "projects" we've taken before, but those rankings are assuming another TWO YEARS of high school development, which he wouldn't get as a 2007 addition. He's still very raw.

Some players can miss a year or two and still be big time. If Monroe or Aminu somehow enrolled right now as 07 recruits, they'd still probably be top 10 players. Brandon Jennings may not even change rankings. But for a large, not fully developed player, the change would likely be huge.

I think he moves into the '08 class, but not '07. I want this guy! Imagine this: Riek, Patterson, Liggons/Miller, Meeks/Legion, and Jasper/Porter. I'm excited.
