Wow, if this comes true, I give kudos to Garnett for going through with it. Obviously with the acquisition of Ray Allen, the Boston area has a better look to it. I remember saying a month or so back that I didn't understand why KG wouldn't want to go to Boston. Sure, they have a tradition of losing (at least for a while now), but with him there, they would probably have an instant turnaround, and the Eastern Conference is much more inferior than the Western Conference, so the journey through the playoffs would be much easier.
